dc.description.abstract	Mary Smith described a form that needed to be filed with HEW regarding information concerning our graduates and their employment after graduation. Alderman distributed the print-out of the "Faculty Service Report." Swan discussed tenure review, faculty data sheets and the application for promotion in the faculty rank. Dr. Edgar brought up the Homecoming Committee's request to have classes dismissed from 11 to 2 on October 17 for the homecoming "olympics." Justifications for small classes need to be turned in to Dr. Edgar. Dean Paraska moved that a revision be made of the policy of continuing students on probation to require only a 2.0 average during the quarter instead of a 2.25. A discussion was held on the question of early reporting of grades for graduating seniors for summer commencement.	en_US
