dc.description.abstract	A brief discussion on inter-university transfers of faculty ensued but no recommendations were made. Rand thanked everyone for their cooperation during his tenure as acting academic vice president. The restatement of the Audit Policy was discussed. President Coffelt requested the deans help to develop a procedure to control the expenditures of faculty overload. Dr. Ed Cobett was the Coordinator of Faculty Development for 1980-1981. Off-campus courses were discussed with potential offerings at Poland High School. Courses taken more than twice or out of sequence, without permission and marked on the transcript as "improperly taken" were discussed. It was suggested that Dr. Alderman he be invited to a future meeting to discuss suggestions for modifications of the "Agreement."	en_US
