dc.description.abstract	The Senate Executive Committee announced a special meeting for February 19 regarding to changes in the conduct policy. The last senate meeting of the semester was moved to Wednesday April 29. The Charter and Bylaws Committee recommended the Senate accept the updated bylaws. The bylaws were approved unanimously. The Academic Standards and Programs Task Force proposed to form an Academic Publications Committee to over look the course catalog and build an academic policies and procedures manual. The Undergraduate Curriculum report was approved. In New Business Provost Smith updated the Senate on a Program Assessment Plan required by HLC. The Board of Trustees tasked the Academic Affairs Committee to come up with the plan. The committee is interviewing four companies with proposals.	en_US
