dc.description.abstract	U.S. President Jimmy Carter orders striking coal miners back to work. Ohio Edison was still conserving its coal reserves. Dr. Winston Eshleman (Media Center) won his long battle in court to achieve tenure. A petition circulated calling for the removal of YSU security chief Paul Cress from his position due to insensitive remarks he made about rape victims.	en_US
