dc.description.abstract	Six cadets in YSU's Reserve Officers Training Program (ROTC) received commissions as second lieutenants in the U.S. Army on December 19, 1980. They are Howard P. Edsall, Alexander E. Kubiak, Patricia L. Graygo, Josanna Parenti, Lesli L. Ingram, and Ralph E. Carson.The oath was administered by Lt. Col. Robert E. Shay, Jr. (Professor of Military Science at YSU) and Sergeant Major of the Army William A. Connelly.	en_US
