dc.description.abstract	A grand celebration in honor of the the U.S. Constitution's bicentennia is to take place on November 17-18. During the festivities, an academic procession was planned as were presentations by speakers, including Dr. Norman Cousins and Judge Nathaniel Jones.On November 6, scholars from Ohio Universtiy and Kent State University will join their colleaugs at Youngstown State University for the fifth annual conference on the History of Socialism.	en_US
