dc.description.abstract	The new Wick Avenue parking deck was partially opened for use. Outgoing Youngstown City Schools superintendent Robert L. Pegues assumed his new duties in the YSU School of Education. Information was provided on the role of the Housing Office. Dr. Lawrence Cummings was appointed head of the Criminal Justice department. Passing through Youngstown, a German student stopped at YSU to study salesmanship. Dr. Jack Bakos (Civil Engineering) was selected to attend a seminar on natural disasters.	en_US
