dc.description.abstract	Ohio Treasurer of State Gertrude Donahey was the main speaker at Spring Commencement ceremonies. The expenses of President John Coffelt came under scrutiny. The General Fee was set to increase in the Fall. YSU’s athletic director considered a move to Kentucky. Semester conversion stalled due to faculty concerns.
