dc.description.abstract Groundbreaking was slated for Stambaugh Stadium. YSU and the Youngstown City Schools received a grand of $150,000 from the U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare for teacher training. M. Kevin Fahey resigned as assistant director of programs at Kilcawley Center. YSU engineering students placed sixth in a national competition. Newly-remodeled Jones Hall was set to reopen.
