dc.description.abstract	Dr. Goetz von Boehmer, Consul-General in Detroit for the Federal Republic of Germany, will speak on "German-American Relations Today" on November 4 in the DeBartolo Auditorium. The commemoraiton of the bicentennial of the U.S. Constitution and the Northwest Ordinance will continue on November 16 in the Ohio Room, Kilcawley Center. Dr. Phillip R. Shriver will be the main speaker.	en_US
