dc.description.abstract	An aerospace specialist from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) will visit the area to share his expertise with high school students and with students and faculty from the YSU Physics and Astronomy Department. Dr. Paul B. Kelter, an assistant professor at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, serves as an expert for the NASA Educational Science Division, which contracts out trained specialists in aerospace science to interact with high school, college and university students and faculty through lecture series, teacher in-service programs, and seminars.	en_US
