dc.description.abstract	Dr. Laurence Peter, author of “The Peter Principle,” was the latest speaker in the Skeggs Lecture Series. Seven representatives from YSU attended a national collegiate orientation conference in Michigan. Most students proved unaware of the existence of the campus escort service. Student Council elected officers. A “ghost hunting” couple spoke to a crowd in the Chestnut Room on Halloween night. Psychology professors Sally and Sanford Hotchkiss were profiled.	en_US
