dc.description.abstract WYSU-FM (88.5) will broadcast the 1987 Spoleto Festival Chamber Music Series on Wednesdays, beginning October 7. The theme of the festival is “American Composers and Young Composers.” Included will be works by Stephen Foster and Robert Beaser, along with some classic favorites. Nobel Prize laureate Dr. James M. Buchanan, the leading researcher in the theory of economic and political decision-making (public choice theory), will speak at the YSU Thomas Colloquium on Free Enterprise on October 1. en_US
