dc.description.abstract	The Office of Continuing Education at YSU will offer an "Algebra Refresher Course" beginning Feb. 20 for those with limited experience in Algebra or anxiety related math. YSU's Jazz Ensembles I and II will present a swinging "Tribute to Woody Herman" Feb. 25 in the Chestnut Room of Kilcawley Center. Aristophanes' classical comic fantasy "The Birds," opens at YSU's Spotlight Arena Theatre in Bliss Hall Feb. 25.	en_US
