dc.description.abstract	Hot jazz will take the chill out when YSU's award-winning Jazz Ensemble I and II sizzle the air with their Winter Jazz Concert on March 4 in the Chestnut Room in Kilcawley Center. Carmen E. Turner, general manager of the Washington, D.C., Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, will deliver the commencement address at YSU's Winter Commencement March 23 in Beeghly Center. Winter's ""blahs" will disappear when YSU holds its second annual "Surf's Up Week" Feb. 26 through March 1. Sponsored by the YSU Program and Activities Council, the theme for the week centers around the beach and offers a prelude to the upcoming spring break, when many YSU students and thousands from other university will head for southern beaches.	en_US
