dc.description.abstract	A pre-school center was proposed for CAST. Construction began on a pedestrian bridge spanning Wick Avenue. The English Festival featured 600 junior and senior high school students. Dr. Robert DiGiulio spoke on career opportunities for women. A “Style-A-Thon” was planned for April 22.	en_US
