dc.description.abstract	The YSU Board of Trustees approved the promotion of twenty faculty members and four academic administrators, effective September 15. Eight advanced cadets in YSU’s Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) were commissioned as second lieutenants in the U.S. Army on August 28. The ceremony was conducted by Lt. Col. Paul W. Fellinger, Professor of Military Science and commander of YSU’s ROTC unit. An artist’s conception of the renovated science building was made public.	en_US
