dc.description.abstract The first scholarships under the recently established J. Ford Crandall Memorial Foundation are expected to be awarded for the 1981 Fall Quarter at YSU. Dr. John R. White, Youngstown, professor of anthropology at YSU, has been appointed for a three-year term to the Ohio Historical Site Preservation Advisory Board by Governor James Rhodes. en_US
