dc.description.abstract	YSU’s Department of Counseling has been awarded full accreditation by the Council on Accreditation of Counseling and Development. The new accreditation period runs until 1992. Nearly 600 area teachers and school administrators have been participating in 37 graduate workshops at YSU’s “Summer of Growth.” The Entrepreneurship Training Program (ETP), a free training program for displaced workers who would like to start their own business, or work in a small business, will be offered starting on September 2.	en_US
