dc.description.abstract	The Labor Studies program at YSU announced that David Meranto of Youngstown and Eugene Garczewski of New Castle, Pennsylvania are the recipients of the Eugene Green Scholarships in Labor Studies. Each will receive $400 to cover tuition and books for the coming academic year. The scholarships were established in memory of the late Atty. Eugene Green of Youngstown and are awarded annually.	en_US
