Continuing Education offers new computer class; Three luncheon briefings have been scheduled; and Military Science Department received Army's top ROTC award

Abstract

YSU's Office of Continuing Education will offer a new computer course that will benefit any person having access to a PC-Write Word software package, including University personnel. This four-week course, "PC-Write Word Processor," will begin April 11. Three luncheon briefings entitled "Noon at the Plaza" have been scheduled at the Youngstown YMCA during the noon hour. Designed to enrich one's professional and personal life, the sessions are sponsored by the Youngstown Area Chamber of Commerce, the Adult Education Department of Trumbull County Joint Vocational School, the Executive Link, and YSU"s Cushwa Center for Industrial Development and the Mahoning Valley Small Business Enterprise Center, and YSU's Office of Continuing Education. The Military Science Department at YSU recently received the Army's top ROTC award in recognition of excellent planning and program management in the medium-size university category.
