dc.description.abstract	WYSU-FM’s transmissions improved with the WESTAR satellite system. A TV program on rape was to be made at YSU before a live audience. Students complained that the YSU bookstore was inefficient during rushes. Student Council created an “awareness” program. A new program on planetary study was planned by the YSU Planetarium.	en_US
