dc.description.abstract	Senator William Proxmire, creator of the “Golden Fleece Award,” was slated to speak on campus. Penguin football coach Bill Narduzzi was named Coach of the Year by Kodak. President Coffelt explained the University policy on winter weather closure. In another article, Coffelt predicted that YSU in the 1980s would be in an “enviable spot.” Philosophy professor Dr. Brendan Minogue spoke of the need for cooperation between individuals. An organizer of a pro-American rally (in response to the hostage situation in Iran) explains the meaning of the gathering.	en_US
