dc.description.abstract	The YSU Jazz Ensemble planned a “night of jazz” with alumni performing as guest artists. University officials investigated the theft of a television from the TV lounge in Kilcawley Center. Iranian students faced grave financial difficulties in the wake of the freezing of Iranian bank accounts in the US by President Jimmy Carter. Dr. Hassan Ronaghy accused the American press of bias regarding the Iranian hostage crisis. YSU Security offered instruction in self-defense.	en_US
