dc.description.abstract	The need for a military draft was debated during a campus forum. Students Serving Students, a new freshman orientation program, was announced. Entertainer and activist Dick Gregory was slated to speak during Black History Month. Decreasing literacy rates of students alarmed educators, including instructors at YSU. Chilean women described the oppression they felt under the military regime of Augusto Pinochet.	en_US
