Professors are granted research professorships; and International transportation fraternity elects officers.

Abstract

Twelve YSU faculty members have been granted research professorships for the 1986-87 academic year. Each year, according to the YSU-Ohio Education Association agreement, 12 faculty members whose unsubsidized research is judged by a committee to warrant support are selected as research professors and are granted a one-third reduction in teaching load. YSU's Chapter 199 of the Delta Nu Alpha, international transportation fraternity, recently elected new officers for the 1986-87 year. They are : Kenneth J. Raub of Niles, president; Jeanette Winning of Youngstown, vice-president; Randall A. Dettmer of Canfield, secretary; H.Howard Pincham of Youngstown, treasurer; and John D. Bancroff of Hubbard and Paul D. Hickson of Youngstown to the Board of Directors.
