dc.description.abstract Opera and symphony conductor Sarah Caldwell was slated to speak as part of the YSU Special Lecture series. The Veterans Administration was to eliminate the positions of all of its campus counselors by July 31, 1980. The Engineering School sought to fill three faculty vacancies. Student Council endorsed a veto on travel expenses and urged an end to the public library strike. A May Day Brigade representative defended Marxism in History Club presentation and discussion. en_US
