dc.description.abstract	Congressman Lyle Williams visits Student Council and presented awards to the former Council chair and president of Student Government. Paul N. Wigton, vice president for operations of Republic Steel, was slated to speak at the YSU Summer Commencement. A YSU psychology professor noticed possible psychological significance to the campus landscaping. Student Council chair Bob Wasko resigned. Football pre-season work was to begin drills on August 25.	en_US
