dc.description.abstract	The collection dates from 1980-2008 with the bulk of the collection from the mid-1980s-1990s. It is organized into three series: Minutes, Reports and Subject Files. Minutes include departmental minutes and minutes for the Coordinated Undergraduate Program in Dietetics along with their subcommittee minutes. This series dates from 1985-2002. The reports contain annual reports from the department as well as reports for accreditation such as self-studies. Most of these are dated in the 1980s and were sent to the American Dietetic Association for approval. The subject files contain material from the Institutional accrediting agency of the Higher Learning Commission from 2007.	en_US
