dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 375th meeting of the Board of Trustees of Youngstown State University. This was a special meeting. President Tressel announced the university will hold in-person commencements on May 7 and 8 in Stambaugh Stadium, for both the class of 2020 and the Spring class of 2021. The new Excellence Training Center is being finalized and the women's golf team won the Horizon League crown. The University Affairs Committee reported. The Board resolved to support a Faculty Voluntary Separation/Retirement program. It is anticipated that the June 3, 2021 meeting will be conducted in-person. There being no further business to come before the board of trustees, the meeting was duly adjourned.	en_US
