dc.description.abstract	The appearance of YSU's mascot, Pete the Penguin, on the official Bush website campaign is calling into question both licensing issues and endorsement of the Bush campaign by YSU. The first phase of the Smoky Hallow redevelopment was announced in a press conference with CT Consultants to lead the $205,000 engineering analysis of the area. The Student Government Association has entered into an agreement with the Collegiate Readership Program that will bring free newspapers to students. The hiring of part-time professor, Kevin Chakos, a convicted felon, draws mixed responses. Mighty Moe's Sports Restaurant opens across campus on the site of the old Burger King.	en_US
