dc.description.abstract In an effort to make Youngstown's downtown area more student-friendly, Student Government Association is working with a Cleveland developer to repurpose the Erie Terminal building on Federal Plaza West to be used for students to study, work on computer and participate in group discussions. Youngstown State University named Shearle Furnish as the founding dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences. Tight budget measure are set for the upcoming fiscal year. Students in Fashion and Interiors, a student organization through the Merchandising Program at YSU, put on a fashion show that centered on stylish, smart ways for men and women to dress while attending spring wedding receptions. en_US
