dc.description.abstract	Joseph Serowik, the forensic science professor who was under scrutiny last semester for his role in a high-profile court case, is appealing his contact's non-renewal for the upcoming academic year. The Youngstown State University Department of Graduate Studies has announced three new graduate programs for Fall 2005 : Master of Arts in American Studies,a Master's degree in Financial Economics and a Master's degree in Computing and Information Systems. Nine democrats and one republican are in the mayoral race for the May 3 primary. Self-segregation in Kilcawley raises a few eyebrows. The 9th annual Mad About the Arts goes Caribbean style.	en_US
