dc.description.abstract A Students for Justice in Palestine chapter forms on campus with the purpose of informing the campus community about the Palestinian and its history. Zeta Tau Alpha celebrates Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The Paula and Anthony Rich Center for the Study and Treatment of Autism received a $27,593 donation from Ante4autism through the YSU Foundation. YSU's Student Literary Arts Association is collecting material for its online literary publication magazine, Jenny Magazine. National Coming Out Day, a holiday that supports members of the LGBTQ community, was celebrated Oct. 11. Culturati Studios in downtown Youngstown is featured. Lit Youngstown hosted its 7th annual Fall Literary Festival from Oct. 19 through 21 around YSU's campus. The YSU women's volleyball team continued its Horizon League schedule against Cleveland State University, Oakland University, and Northern Kentucky University. With one more game left in the regular season, the YSU women's soccer team inches closer to the Horizon League tournament. On Oct.16, Kody Dunccan replaced Ulises Hernandez as head coach for the men's tennis program. YSU football team had its 2023 homecoming game and won against Illinois State University with a final score of 41-38. en_US
