dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the Emergency Board of Trustees meeting on November 16, 2023. Chairman Michael Peterson moved that the Board move to Executive Session for matters related to the presidential search, and in "consideration of the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of one or more public employees or officials." After returning from Executive Session, Chairman Michael Peterson offered a motion that Congressman Bill Johnson be offered the position of President of Youngstown State University. The motion passed with a roll-call vote of 8 to 1. Chairman Peterson made comments regarding the decision and adjourned the meeting.	en_US
