dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the Board of Trustees Special Meeting. Chairman Michael Peterson moved that the Board move to Executive Session for matters related to the presidential search, and in "consideration of the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of one or more public employees or officials." After the Board returned from Executive Session, Chairman Peterson moved that the YSU Board of Trustees agree to the terms of the presidential employment marked as Exhibit A (not included in these minutes) of the resolution titled "Resolution to Ratify and Approve the Presidential Employment Agreement with William L. Johnson," and that the Board authorizes the chairperson of the YSU Board of Trustees to execute the employment agreement on behalf of the Board of Trustees. The motion passed 8 to 1. Chair Peterson made some comments and noted that there was no new business to come before the Board. Next meeting will be December 7. Meeting was adjourned.	en_US
