dc.description.abstract President David C. Sweet reflects on campus accomplishments, including the Operations Improvement Task Force and other progress. University news, events and programs around campus are given. YSU's Bitonte College of Health and Human Services experiences exceptional growth. NEOUCOM, the only medical school created as a consortium for three universities, has an interesting history that began in the Valley. YSU chemistry and math departments earn solid reputations nationwide. YSU Athletics experiences many 'firsts and bests' in the last year including The Thomas F. Mosure Hall of Gridiron Glory. The Student Recreation and Wellness Campaign receives significant support. A new website provides insight and information about the YSU Foundation people, activities and programs.
