dc.description.abstract	Dr. Cynthia E. Anderson is formally installed as the new YSU President. The latest news and events on campus is reported. Student success stories include: six students from STEM qualified to compete in the 2010 Green Energy Challenge in Boston; two students in journalism were invited to compete in the national Invent Now Collegiate Science Journalist Competition; senior Erik Johnson has been nominated for the Rhodes Scholarship; two students are named John D. Beeghly Fellows; and history major Lauren Worona studies and helps restore grave markers in Trumbull County. YSU's six-year winning streak at the MathFest competition in Pittsburgh continued this summer. The new Williamson College of Business Administration is transforming business education at YSU. YSU's first Ph.D. program in materials science and engineering in STEMs represents a new era for YSU. Dana School of Music professor Caroline Oltmanns is featured. Penguin football kicks off the season at Penn State. Alumni News is given. Alumni Spotlight features Paul Clouser, Amanda Beagle, and Ron Allen.	en_US
