dc.description.abstract	During the recent quarter only 16 of the 25 seats in Student Government were filled. YSU-area bars cited for serving minors. African-American students from several local school districts gathered Saturday in the Chestnut Room of Kilcawley Center for the second annual "Expanding the Visions II" Conference sponsored by The Generating Opportunities for Educators Institute at YSU.
