dc.description.abstract	The use of a type of foam insulation in the construction of the new stadium was halted, as it was found to cause cancer. The new Spring Street recreational area opened. An expert from the Akron Police Department provided advice on home security. The band “Alabama” performed before an audience of 3,100 persons. Army Brigadier General Robert Lynn, the first YSU-ROTC graduate to achieve general’s rank, was the featured speaker at Winter Commencement.	en_US
