dc.description.abstract	Attorneys for YSU were to respond to a lawsuit brought on by 14 YSU policemen and the Northern Ohio Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association (NOPBA), whereby YSU refused to recognize NOPBA as the sole bargaining agent for the YSU Police. Voter turnout was low in student elections, but an amendment changing the academic hours for which a committee chairman/vice chairman must be registered passed. A contractor for the Stambaugh Stadium offered a theory why some of the benches failed. Students hoped to form an alcohol awareness program. Suspects identified by Campus Police denied killing a cat through strangulation. The Newman Center sponsored “The Healing of Memories” program. An electronic music class staged a concert.	en_US
