dc.description.abstract Heavy snows caused parking problems. A trespasser claiming to be a “CIA police officer” was apprehended in Kilcawley Residence Hall—with a pistol, a butcher knife, and other law enforcement accouterments. The first of a two part series on student stress was presented. A four-member faculty task force was established to handle student security fears. NEOUCOM began using a two-way TV link between the college and professors lecturing in hospitals. Dr. Terry Buss (Urban Studies) studied the steel mill shutdowns in the Mahoning Valley. The Bookstore’s new computer systems suffered several snags. Danceteller, a modern dance company, was slated to perform at YSU. The Spotlight Theatre’s production of “The Spoon River Anthology” was reviewed. en_US
