dc.description.abstract	Demands for funding from the General Fee outpace amounts generated. Judge Leon Higgenbotham, Jr. called for an end to racial prejudice in a lecture on campus. A teachers strike in Youngstown forces many single-parent YSU students to bring their children to class. Student Council approved the funding of $565 to two student groups, and passed a “Year of the Disabled” resolution.	en_US
