dc.description.abstract	Some YSU limited-service faculty considered forming a union. A representative from a group seeking to stop the Atlanta child murders passed through Youngstown and spoke in Kilcawley Center. Student Council backed a new faculty evaluation form. The lack of proper English skills held by incoming YSU students was lamented.	en_US
