dc.description.abstract YSU Trustees turned their attention to student security issues in the wake of a rape on campus. They also reported that financial aid would remain stable at YSU and gave a nod to a student daycare center. Over 500 attended the 29th annual Greek Sing, with top honors going to the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity and the Phi Mu sorority. Dr. David Ruggles was named dean of the School of Education.
