dc.description.abstract	Police investigated a shooting just off campus. Science fiction author Isaac Asimov predicted that overpopulation would be the main threat to mankind in the future. Dr. Esther Niemi (Economics) was named to be the main speaker at the 1981 Honors Convocation. Students rate campus services as “low” in a survey. Student attitudes remained divided regarding upcoming student government elections. Theatre instructor Jeane Elser was interviewed.	en_US
