dc.description.abstract | New additions to Kilcawley Center were scheduled to open for business in the fall. Student health insurance costs were to decrease by fall quarter. Students requesting that their records be closed would be ineligible for financial aid. Retiring faculty members announced their plans. The Physical Plant was described as the “heart of the University.” Maag Library announced online database services for student research. Dr. Ann Harris (Geology) received the Jefferson Award for her work with abandoned coal mines.
