dc.description.abstract The faculty union droped plans for a Federal arbitration over travel restrictions issued by the University. The Computer Center extended its hours after computer operators staged “sick out.” After his walkout of a Student Council closed meeting, Council recommended that adviser Charles McBriarty resign from that role. Student financial aid was increased. The University Theatre’s production of “Carousel” proved successful and gratifying. Bill Watrous, the nation’s top jazz trombonist, was to perform with the YSU Jazz Ensemble. en_US
