dc.description.abstract Dr. Marvin Haire saw music as a route to understanding history. The University faced a $4.6 million redction in funds for the next academic year. A local man was arraigned for assaulting a university police officer. Minorities were urged to complete their education while attending a Minority Student Workshop. The remodeling of the School of Business was scheduled. An anti-nuclear arms petition was drawn up by the Peace Council of Youngstown.
