dc.description.abstract Student Council chairperson Cathe Pavlov ruled the motion to abolish Council was out of order. Student hoped that cuts to Federal student aid would not be as drastic as anticipated. Plans were made for the celebration of YSU’s Diamond Jubilee. The Candy Counter in Kilcawley Center was highlighted. Several buildings were to be closed on Saturdays for energy efficiency. India Day was planned, while 3,300 were expected to attend the English Festival. en_US
