Student hoped that cuts to Federal student aid would not be as drastic as anticipated. Plans were made for the celebration of YSU’s Diamond Jubilee. The Candy Counter in Kilcawley Center was highlighted. Several buildings were to be closed on Saturdays for energy efficiency.
